A mothers' circle providing a space to pause, reconnect, and recharge. More than a meet up, members will have a monthly reset to connect with their people and stay grounded with sound healing and breathwork practices as well as benefit from regular masterclasses throughout the year bringing insights from industry experts on topics that matter most.

Breathwork for birth

For birth preparation, my 11-Step Breathwork for Birth program guides you through specific breathwork techniques that support each stage of labor, allowing you to stay connected to your body’s natural wisdom. These practices help regulate the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and encourage optimal hormonal flow during birth.

Partners are also welcome to learn, fostering a co-regulated and supportive birthing environment. I place special focus on the postpartum period, offering breathwork that aids recovery, strengthens bonding, and eases the transition into motherhood.
