Sometimes the most rewarding and enlightening things happen by absolute chance
Mindfulness practices have accompanied me the whole of my adult life. Whether in the form of meditation learnt from nepalese monks, breathwork from my teachers or witnessing the benefits of sound, having a way to feel grounded and present when modern life seems one chaotic mess has helped me both personally and professionally.
My introduction to breathwork and its interconnectedness with our nervous system gave me an "aha moment". The two combined saw centuries worth of wisdom become backed by neuroscience. What I innately knew to be so beneficial was no longer alternative left-field thinking but a scientifically proven lens that could benefit not only myself but many others.
And that leads me to my purpose; to make this knowledge accessible, relatable and simple such that at any moment, we can manage the stressors of today by unlocking the full power of life's most precious gift, our breath.
